Child Therapy

I utilize games, arts & crafts, activities, stories, and toys to create a dynamic, engaging environment. By using a child's natural language, play, I ensure therapy feels safe, natural, and something they can actually look forward to.

I make learning emotional regulation and coping skills active and experiential. Through engaging activities and hands-on crafts, children practice new behaviors in the moment, making it easier to integrate these vital skills into their daily lives.

Viewing mental health through a systemic lens, I collaborate closely with the family (when clinically indicated) to understand dynamics, ensuring that new skills learned in session are actively supported and reinforced in the home environment.

My goal is to make therapy an engaging experience that children and teens can be excited about. By fostering an atmosphere of fun and creative exploration, we tackle difficult issues while ensuring the client remains motivated and invested in their own healing journey.

Treatment is never one-size-fits-all. Using a rich toolkit of creative methods, from storytelling and art to structured games, I personalize every session to match your child's age, interests, and personality, making therapy highly relevant and effective.

Above all else, the therapy space is a safe, non-judgmental zone. I prioritize building a trusting relationship where your child feels seen, heard, and completely safe to express big emotions and explore challenging topics at their own pace.
