Virtual Therapy

Every child deserves a space where they can feel safe, heard, and supported. This page explains what therapy looks like in my practice and how I work alongside families to help children build confidence, emotional regulation, and resilience.

What to Expect

Welcome to a space built just for kids—a space where curiosity, creativity, connection, and emotional growth come together in meaningful ways.

In my virtual therapy practice, I strive to make each session feel safe, engaging, and centered around your child’s unique personality. I believe that children learn and heal through connection—not perfection—and through experiences that feel authentic to them.

🌱 Child-Led, Strength-Based Therapy

Your child is not just a participant—they are an active leader in their therapeutic journey. I take time to understand their interests, their learning style, and what helps them feel comfortable. Whether your child loves Pokémon, drawing, storytelling, video games, or hands-on creativity, I weave those elements into our work together.

🎮 Interactive, Engaging Tools

To keep therapy fun, immersive, and developmentally appropriate, I use secure, child-friendly platforms that help your child explore emotions in a way that feels safe and play-based. These include:

  • Hopscotch Play – interactive activities, stories, and games

  • Teleo – creative digital tools for emotional learning

  • Minecraft Education (when appropriate) – structured, therapeutic prompts in a familiar world

  • Digital coping tools, art prompts, and problem-solving games

These tools turn therapy into an engaging and meaningful experience—not just another appointment on their schedule.

🤝 Family Collaboration (Within Appropriate Boundaries and Confidentiality)

While sessions focus on your child, caregivers play an essential role in supporting progress at home. I partner closely with parents and guardians to understand your child’s world, share strategies, and keep communication open.

I provide updates and guidance within the limits of confidentiality, meaning I protect your child’s private emotional disclosures—but I also ensure you stay informed about themes, skills we’re building, and ways you can support their growth. This creates a healthy balance between your child’s privacy and your involvement as a caregiver.
